- AI limitations. Our automated analysis is provided "as is" based on available USPTO data and other public sources. AI systems can miss nuances and surface inaccurate signals. You should not rely on our output as the final word on trademark availability, registrability, or enforcement risk.
- Professional review required. Imperium IP strongly recommends consulting a licensed U.S. trademark attorney before filing any application, investing in branding, or taking enforcement action.
3. User Inputs and AI Processing
You grant Imperium IP a non-exclusive license to process the inputs you submit (trademark names, descriptions, goods and services, locations, attorney specialty selections) through our AI and search infrastructure to provide the requested service. You represent that you have the right to submit this information and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive for transparency and source accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Site will surface every conflicting mark, predict every refusal, or identify every adverse third-party right. We are not liable for any trademark office refusals, oppositions, cancellations, demand letters, settlement costs, or other legal expenses resulting from your use of the Site.
5. Attorney Discovery Disclaimer
The Find Attorney feature is an independent aggregator and does not employ or endorse the attorneys or law firms it surfaces. Listings are generated by automated search of public sources. Imperium IP makes no representation about the qualifications, availability, or fees of any attorney listed. Imperium IP does not receive referral fees, commissions, or any form of compensation from the attorneys surfaced through this tool. You are responsible for verifying credentials with the attorney and with your state bar before any retention.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imperium IP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
